1. General provisions

1.1. The Seller sells Goods through the Online Store at the address

2. Subject of the Agreement

3.5. User Communication/Interaction with managers and other representatives of MIRSTORES should be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and communication etiquette. It is strictly prohibited to use obscene words, swearing, offensive expressions, as well as threats and blackmail, regardless of the form and to whom they were addressed.

4. Product and purchase procedure

4.1. The Seller ensures that the Goods presented on the Website are available in its warehouse. The photos accompanying the Product are simple illustrations to it and may differ from the actual appearance of the Product. The descriptions/characteristics accompanying the Product do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain typos. To clarify the information about the Product, the Buyer should contact the Customer Support Service.

4.2. If the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available in the Seller's warehouse, the latter has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order / cancel the Buyer's Order, notifying the Buyer by sending an appropriate email message to the address specified by the Buyer during registration (or by calling the MIRSTORES manager).

4.3. In case of cancellation of the fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Goods is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner in which the Goods were paid for.

4.4. The Buyer's Order is made in accordance with the procedures specified on the website of the Online store in the section "Placing an Order" at the address

4.5. The Buyer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information, which resulted in the inability of the Seller to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

4.6. After placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer is provided with information about the expected delivery date by sending an email message to the address specified by the Buyer during registration. The delivery service representative agrees on the delivery date of the order, if the delivery date was not specified by the Buyer at the time of placing the order.

4.7. The expected date of transfer of the Order to the transport company that delivers the goods is reported to the Buyer by the manager who serves the Order, by e-mail or during a control call to the Buyer.

The date of delivery of the Goods may be changed by the Seller unilaterally if there are objective, in the Seller's opinion, reasons. These are: the use, at the request of the Buyer, of the services of another transport company with which the Seller has not concluded a permanent contract, as well as other reasons.

5. Product delivery

5.1. The methods and approximate terms of delivery of the Products sold by MIRSTORES are listed on the Website in the "Delivery" section at Specific delivery times can be agreed by the Buyer with the MIRSTORES manager when confirming the order.

5.2. Delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller. The seller is not responsible for the violation of the delivery terms by representatives of the transport company, employees of the Russian Post and other performers of the order delivery service, which occurred due to the fault of these persons.

5.3. Upon delivery, the Order is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party specified in the Order as the recipient (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer and the third party as the "Recipient"). If it is impossible to receive an Order paid in cash by the above-mentioned persons, the Order can be delivered to a person who can provide information about the Order (the shipment number and / or the Recipient's full name), as well as pay the Order price in full to the person delivering the Order.

5.4. In order to avoid fraud, as well as to fulfill the obligations specified in paragraph 5 of this Agreement, when delivering a prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order has the right to request a document certifying the identity of the Recipient, as well as to indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the Order receipt. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data (clause 9.3.).

5.5. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer of the Order to the transport company for delivery. In case of non-delivery of the Order, the Seller reimburses the Buyer for the cost of the Order and delivery paid by the Buyer in full after receiving confirmation of the loss of the Order from the Delivery Service.

5.6. The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated individually, based on the region and delivery method, and is indicated on the website of the Online Store at the last stage of ordering.

5.7. The Seller's obligation to deliver the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods by the courier to the Recipient or receipt of the Goods by the Recipient at the post office or at the pre-agreed place of delivery of the Order (including at the pick-up point), in the case of delivery by the courier company Axiomus and DPD. 5.8. When accepting an Order from a courier, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the delivered Goods and check them for compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, as well as the integrity of the packaging. If there are no claims to the delivered Goods, the Recipient signs the "Order Delivery Form" or other similar document provided by the courier, and pays for the Order (in the absence of a 100% prepayment). The signature in the delivery documents indicates that no claims have been made against the Goods by the Recipient.

5.9. The time spent by couriers delivering goods sold by MIRSTORES to the Recipient's address is limited to 15 minutes.

5.10. If it is impossible or restricted for the car to enter the delivery address, the courier may request an entry pass or offer to change the address and time of delivery. If the courier's offers are not satisfied, the order may be canceled and the money will be returned to the buyer in full.

5.11. The User understands and agrees that: delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, the performance of which ends when the Recipient receives the Goods and makes a payment for it. Claims to the quality of the purchased Goods that arose after receiving and paying for the Goods are considered in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection". In this regard, the purchase of Goods with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased Goods for the purpose of warranty service or replacement, does not allow for warranty service or replacement of the Goods by visiting the Buyer and does not imply the possibility of returning the cost of delivery of the Goods in cases where the Buyer has the right to a refund for the Goods as such, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".

6. Payment for the goods

6.1. The price of the goods sold in the Online Store is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation in the Russian version of the website of the Online Store.

6.2. The price of the Product is indicated on the website of the Online Store. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer about this in order to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. 6.3. The price of the Goods on the Website may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. At the same time, the price of the Product ordered by the Buyer is not subject to change. The price of the Product can be differentiated by region.

6.4. Features of payment for Goods using bank cards:

6.4.1 In accordance with the Regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "On the issue of Bank Cards and on transactions made using Payment Cards" dated 24.12.2004 No. 266-P, transactions on bank cards are made by the cardholder or an authorized person.

6.4.2 Authorization of bank card transactions is carried out by the Bank. If the bank has reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, the bank has the right to refuse to perform this operation. Fraudulent transactions with bank cards fall under the scope of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

6.4.3 In order to avoid cases of various types of illegal use of bank cards when paying, all Orders placed on the website of the Online Store and prepaid with a bank card are checked by the Seller. 6.5. MIRSTORES has the right to provide discounts on Products and install a bonus program. The types of discounts, bonuses, the order and conditions of accrual are determined by the Seller and are indicated on the website of the Online Store and can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

If, when applying the discount / bonus, the recalculated cost of the MIRSTORES Product includes kopecks, such cost of the Product is subject to rounding down to a multiple of 1 (One) ruble.

6.6. The order is considered incomplete if the Buyer has informed about the change in the purchase decision before the order is assembled in the warehouse. If the Buyer informs the Seller about this after the order has been assembled in the warehouse, the Order is considered rejected. MIRSTORES has the right to decide to block the Buyer's payment method "On Receipt" in respect of the Goods sold by MIRSTORES in the following cases:

6.6.1. If, in accordance with the specified statistics, 2 or more orders were rejected by the Buyer within the framework of previously executed orders in a row.

6.6.2. If the share of incomplete orders is more than 60% of the total number of completed orders and the number of incomplete orders is at least 5. Subsequently, the Buyer will be able to use the "On Receipt" payment method again only after redeeming from one to three orders for a total amount of 10,000 rubles within three months.

6.7. The Seller has the right to limit the payment methods available to the Buyer, depending on the volume of orders. The "On Receipt" payment method for products sold by MIRSTORES is not available for Customers who have placed an order for more than 5 products.

7. Return of goods and funds

7.1. The return of Goods sold by MIRSTORES is carried out in accordance with the "Terms of Return" specified on the Website at the address

7.2. Return of Goods of proper quality:

7.2.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before it is received (in case of cash payment) or before it is sent / transferred to the delivery service (in case of online payment), and after receiving the Product-within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of the Product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product, as well as the original packaging are preserved.

7.2.2. If the Buyer refuses the Goods in accordance with clause 7.2.1. the Seller returns the cost of the returned Goods, with the exception of the Seller's expenses related to the delivery of the returned Goods, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods at the Seller's warehouse, together with the application for return filled in by the Buyer.

7.2.3. If at the time of the Buyer's request a similar product is not available for sale at the Seller, the Buyer has the right to refuse to perform this Agreement and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the specified Product. The Seller is obliged to return the amount of money paid for the returned goods within 10 days from the date of return of the Goods.

7.2.4. Individual orders are not subject to return and exchange.

7.3. Return of Goods of improper quality:

7.3.1. A product of improper quality means a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The received Product must match the description on the Website. The difference between the design elements or design from the description stated on the Site, as well as the properties of the materials of the Product indicated on the Site in the section "Recommendations for care", are not a sign of improper quality.

7.3.2. The appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the entire Order, must be checked by the Recipient at the time of delivery of the Goods.

7.3.4. If the Goods of improper quality were handed over to the Buyer and this was not agreed upon in advance by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to use the provisions of Article 18 "Consumer rights when defects are found in the goods" of the Law on Consumer Protection.

7.3.5. Claims for the refund of the amount of money paid for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 10 days from the date of submission of the corresponding claim (Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection").

7.4. The refund is made by returning the cost of the paid Goods to the bank card.

8. Features of the goods and the responsibility of the seller

8.1. MIRSTORES clothing is made by hand and on machinery from pre-selected raw materials and passes quality control at the production and post-production stages.

8.2. The properties of materials depend on many factors, including the dyes used to create specific shades, so the same finished product in different colors may also have slightly different properties.

8.3. All the product measurements indicated on the website are approximate: for knitwear, a measurement error of 1-2 cm is allowed. The discrepancy in the size of the product is not a sign of the product of improper quality.

8.4. The site provides the most accurate description of the product, but the color rendering on different devices may be different. The discrepancy between the color of the purchased product and the color shown on the website is not a sign of the product of improper quality.

8.5. On knitwear, the presence and appearance of knots, seals in the binding, changes in the shade of color are allowed, and minor deformation is possible when worn. The properties of the product specified in this paragraph are not a sign of its improper quality.

8.6. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods purchased in the Online Store.

9. Gift cards

10.4.2 Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data is carried out by revoking the acceptance of this Public Offer.

Visitor/User/The buyer hereby consents to the collection, analysis and use of cookies, including by third parties, for the purposes of generating statistics and optimizing advertising messages.

11. Validity period of the Public Offer

11.1 This Public Offer comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Visitor of the website of the Online Store/By the Buyer, and is valid until the moment of revocation of the acceptance of the Public Offer.

12. Additional terms and conditions

The parties will try to resolve all disputes that arise through negotiations, and if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.5. The court's recognition of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
