Return of goods in the presence of a courier

Full or partial refund of the MIRSTORES order in the presence of a courier is only possible for buyers from Moscow and the Moscow region. For customers from other regions, full and partial refunds are not available by courier.

Applications for the return of goods of proper quality are accepted within 7 calendar days* from the date of delivery of the order (including this day), provided that the goods were not used, their presentation, consumer properties, as well as the original packaging are preserved.
