Return or exchange of goods after the courier has left
Applications for the return of goods of proper quality are accepted within 7 calendar days* from the date of delivery of the order (including this day), provided that the goods were not used, their presentation, consumer properties, as well as the original packaging are preserved.
To review your refund request, you need to contact us in any convenient way (by mail, phone or Instagram direct) and inform us of your intention to make a refund of your purchase. The application for the return of the goods will be sent to your email address, after which you will need to send us the goods and a package of documents: a completed application for the return, as well as a product receipt to our address.
The refund period is no more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse, together with the buyer's completed application for a refund.
